Foot Levelers

3-Arch Advantage
Your body is a functional system connected together with specialized parts. The foundation that support the weight of the entire body are your feet. Feet move us, shock-absorb stress, adapt to different terrains, and provide balance. Your feet give stability to perform everyday activities for your lifestyle.

Most orthotic companies only support one arch. When only one arch is being supported the problem shifts to another part of your body.

Functional Orthotics support the three arches of your foot, which are interconnected to form the plantar vault. Improving the foundation of your body will bring long-term alignment to your knees, hips, pelvis, and spine. You can have long-term corrective changes from stabilizing orthotics as they support you through all phases of the gait. Chiropractic care with individually designed Functional Orthotics keep your life in balance.

Gait Cycle System
Foot Levelers’ individually designed Functional Orthotics were designed by a chiropractor to treat the body as a functional unit. They support the plantar vault in each foot to protect and provide a balanced foundation through all phases of gait.

(Gait Cycle System Diagram)
Foot Levelers’ individually designed Functional Orthotics include the patented Gait Cycle System® and Extreme Gait Cycle System® to help your feet maintain their structural and functional balance as you stand, walk, or run.

Each orthotic features:

  • Zorbacel® to absorb damaging shock that occurs every time your heel strikes the ground.
  • StanceGuard™ to provide you with variable firmness, flexibility, and control when your whole foot is on the ground.
  • Propacel™ in the forefoot to give you a propulsive boost and reduce fatigue when your toes push off the ground to take the next step.

The Advantage
Most orthotic companies only support one arch. When only one arch is being supported the problem shifts to another part of your body. Foot Levelers’ difference is found in Functional Orthotics supporting three arches of the foot, which are interconnected to form the plantar vault. The structural support for the entire body’s equilibrium is gained from the plantar vault. Combining chiropractic care with Foot Levelers functional orthotics can provide long-term care to keep your life in balance.

Over-the-Counter Vs. Functional Orthotics

Stabilizing Orthotics

  • 3-arch support balances the feet, balances the body; also provides proper corrections for your specific condition
  • Patented Gait Cycle System® offers custom support through each phase of your gait
  • Promotes optimum posture and enhances chiropractic adjustments, resulting in longer-term symptom relief
  • Custom made using 16 precise measurements based on digital images or impressions of your feet

Over-the-Counter

  • Supports only 1 arch and often overcorrects, causing more harm than good
  • Does not provide custom support throughout the gait cycle
  • Does not aid in correcting posture; really just a cushion designed to treat the symptom rather than the underlying problem
  • Durability is questionable so you may spend more money over time replacing them
  • Offers generic solutions for a set number of foot conditions, which likely do not address your specific needs

If you are considering over-the-counter orthotic inserts instead of custom-made orthotics, we are here to tell you the differences.

Unlike generic orthotics, Foot Levelers’ individually designed Functional Orthotics are scientifically designed for the individual’s unique postural problems – not just problems with the feet. We believe that correcting imbalances in your feet, in addition to regular chiropractic adjustments, can properly align your spine and pelvis.

Functional Orthotics offer more than just short-term symptom relief. They also promote whole- body wellness for a lifetime.

No one else’s feet are exactly like yours, and those over-the-counter inserts are not designed to meet your individual postural needs. Foot Levelers’ Functional Orthotics are custom-made from a weight-bearing foam cast or digital scan of your feet. Sixteen measurements ensure that the orthotics are a perfect fit — they are as unique as you are! Any orthotic can alter the way you stand, walk, and absorb shock from the ground. If they do not fit you properly, your problem can get worse, rather than improve.

Kinetic Chain
Your body is a large kinetic chain; all your parts are interconnected, with one part affecting another.

When you walk, your feet go through a particular cycle (the Gait Cycle) which consists of three phases. Phase one is when your heel strikes the ground (heel-strike), phase two is when your whole foot is on the ground (midstance), and phase three is when you push off with the front of your foot to take the next step (toe-off).

When you stand or walk, natural forces and postures can place stress and strain on your body.

When your feet are not in proper alignment, they cannot provide your body with the support and stability it needs.

Over time, heel-strike shock can break down your body’s natural shock absorbers, sending a damaging shock wave up your body. This can result in painful symptoms all the way up to your head and deteriorate your joints.
